By downloading, accessing, or using Trackr, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Trackr.
Last updated: April 6, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Trackr app, website, Apple Watch experience, and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using Trackr, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Trackr.
Trackr provides tools for workout planning, logging, progress tracking, Apple Health integration, Apple Watch support, workout-sharing features, optional account sync, optional Apple Music features, and optional in-app AI coaching.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, Trackr is made available for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may use Trackr only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are permitted to use the service where you live. If you are under the age required by applicable law to use the service independently, you may use Trackr only with appropriate parental or legal guardian permission and supervision.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Trackr grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
Some Trackr features may be used without an account, while others may require account authentication, account sync, or third-party sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or credentials unless prohibited by applicable law.
Trackr is provided for general fitness, workout tracking, and informational purposes only. Trackr is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services.
Exercise carries risk. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any workout, exercise, recommendation, progression, or coaching response is appropriate for you. If you have pain, dizziness, injury, illness, or any medical concern, stop and consult a qualified professional.
Spotter or any other in-app coaching feature is not a doctor, licensed clinician, or emergency service, and should not be relied on for medical, injury, or safety-critical decisions.
Trackr may interoperate with Apple Health, Apple Watch, Apple Music, Supabase-backed account services, Cloudflare-hosted services, OpenAI-supported AI features, and other third-party tools or platforms.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, device requirements, subscriptions, or availability rules. Trackr is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
You retain rights you may have in the information and content you create in Trackr, such as workout notes, profile information, recap cards, and shareable workout links, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
If you choose to share content from Trackr, you are responsible for what you share and where you share it. Do not share content you do not have the right to share, and do not share content that violates law or the rights of others.
Trackr may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including AI coaching, syncing, Apple integrations, and sharing features.
We do not guarantee that Trackr or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with your device, operating system, region, or subscription status.
The Trackr name, app visuals, site copy, and related assets are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, resell, or otherwise exploit Trackr content or branding except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trackr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trackr and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or device damage arising out of or related to your use of Trackr.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if Trackr is found liable to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use Trackr in the twelve months before the claim arose or USD $50.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trackr and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Trackr, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Trackr if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, or where required for legal, technical, or security reasons.
You may stop using Trackr at any time. If account deletion or sign-out features are available, you may also use those features subject to our retention obligations and applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Trackr after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with any incorporated policies, form the agreement between you and Trackr regarding your use of the service.
