Frequently asked questions
Start with the topic closest to the issue you are seeing. Opening one answer will close the others.
How do I reconnect Apple Health or refresh Health data in Trackr?
Apple Health is optional. If Health data looks incomplete, first confirm Trackr still has permission in the Health app and in iOS Settings, then reopen Trackr so the app can refresh the connection. If you recently changed permissions, give the app a moment to reload before checking your workout or recovery views again.
Why is Apple Watch logging or syncing not updating?
Keep your iPhone and Apple Watch nearby, make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on, and open Trackr on both devices if sync feels delayed. If the session still does not update, restart the watch and iPhone, then reopen Trackr before testing another set or workout.
Why are reminders or rest timers not showing up?
Trackr can only send reminders if notifications are enabled both in Trackr and in iOS Settings. If alerts are still missing, check Focus modes, notification delivery settings, and whether reminders were turned off after the app was first installed.
What should I check if Apple Music is unavailable?
Apple Music playback depends on device permissions, an active Apple Music setup on your device, and playlist availability. If Trackr cannot reach your music, re-enable Apple Music access in iOS Settings and reopen the app before trying the workout again.
Will changing plans erase completed workouts or progress?
No. Completed workouts, PRs, and progress history stay separate from future programming, so changing your routine should not remove previously logged sessions. If you are moving to a new device, make sure any account or sync feature you use is fully set up before relying on that device as your only copy of the data.
What should I send when I contact support?
Include your device model, iOS version, Trackr version, the exact steps that led to the issue, and whether Apple Health, Apple Watch, or Apple Music was involved. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot when the issue is visual or only happens in a specific flow.
